What is the Founding Member Program?

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your founding member discount is protected either way.
What happens when I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, or purchase add-ons for specific features. We won't stop your service or charge overage fees without your approval.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans (Starter, Professional, and Business) come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Full access to all features during your trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Annual plans for Business tier can also be paid via invoice and bank transfer upon request.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with SEMKit for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save up to 20% by paying annually. Starter: $288/year (save $60), Professional: $756/year (save $192), Business: $1,716/year (save $432). Your founding member rate stays locked in forever whether you pay monthly or annually.
What's included in white-label reports?
Currently, all plans can export reports to CSV/PDF format. Full white-label customization (custom branding, logo, colors, domain) is coming in Q2 2026 for Business tier customers.
